Customers say

Customers find the product visually appealing, describing it as beautiful and a great addition to their decor. The sound of the water is frequently praised for being relaxing and soothing. Setup is generally considered easy, though some note it takes time for the water to flow evenly. However, there are consistent comments about the water performance, with many experiencing a V-shaped flow rather than an even cascade. The size is appreciated, with some finding it not too bulky and fitting well in hallways.
