Customers generally praise the product's quality, appearance, and value, noting it looks great and is well-built. However, many reviews highlight significant challenges with assembly and instructions, describing them as difficult to follow, lacking detail, or non-existent. Some customers found the assembly process time-consuming due to unclear diagrams and a lack of pre-drilled holes.
