It looks beautiful in my home office, the neutral color works perfectly with my décor, and the mesh back keeps it feeling light and airy instead of like a big, bulky office chair. It’s comfortable, supportive, rolls smoothly, and looks much more stylish than the typical desk chair. I did have an issue with my original chair. It began making very loud popping noises when I moved in it, which obviously wasn’t something I expected. This is where the experience really impressed me. I contacted customer service, and they were absolutely outstanding. There was no hassle or runaround. They immediately took care of the problem, and within four days I had a replacement chair! They also paid all of the shipping costs to return the original chair. This desk was actually very easy to put together and for the price point I love it! I will say make sure you double check the legs are the same length before you start as it says on page 1, because I swore I did and and then at the end it was at an angle so I had to take it apart partially to fix it. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. I've used the chair for two days now and here are my initial thoughts. * Assembly was simple and took me 45 mins. * Chair looks good and is comfortable for 8 hours. * Seat wobbles a little back and forth when locked in the 90° position. * Arm rests are very low. I'm only 5'5" tall and are two low when folded in the down position. * Construction of seat bottom looks substandard and not very well done. We will see how it stands the test of time.. Jose. FL. For the price, this cabinet is wonderful. I knocked one star off as it came with one corner damaged (even though the packaging seemed great), and it was missing a screw needed to attach one of the wheels (though that wheel really doesn't see to be necessary and I can probably find a replacement). Amazing buy! I am glad I chose this one. I had a really hard time picking a desk here because there are a lot of choices plus they all seem good to look at. I bought the white one for my son and I am glad I did. This is one of the easiest furnitures I have ever assembled. The parts are labeled correctly and they are all packed separately. Not one scratch. Also, first time assembling where the screw actually fits perfectly! That has always been a struggle with other furnitures I purchases in the past. It came with an actual screw so that was really helpful as well. Very easy to assemble. I love the LED light and the option to be able to rearrange or change how the deak looks. Took 24 minutes to build and was very easy to put together. Scan the code and watch the video much easier then looking at the pictures. The photo showed a height of 24.8" its actually 25.2" which made it not fit under my desk but the specifications shows 26" so should've read that.
