Simply slice off the top of the pineapple, press the bottom of the corer against the top center of the pineapple, and turn the handle to drill it into the fruit. As it peels and cores the pineapple, the corer creates pineapple rings and leaves the shell intact, so you can use it as a fruit salad dessert bowl or for tropical drinks.
