Customers praise the product for its stunning appearance, unique modern style, and high quality. They note that it provides bright illumination and serves as a great statement piece. However, customers have mixed opinions about brightness, as many find the light too harsh and note the lack of a dimming option. Installation is challenging and heavy due to a lack of instructions and awkward mounting design.
