This is a beautiful lemon squeezer - polished stainless steel and beautiful for use on the table. As an amateur home bar tender, I've found that this is actually quite inefficient for actually getting every drop of juice out of a lemon. Additionally, lemon juice tends to squirt out the side, and its hard to keep the seeds out after squeezing. Beautiful form, extremely presentable, but if you're looking for a functional lemon squeezer, I'd recommend just heading over to William Sonoma and picking up a citrus squeezer that's more efficient and juicing citrus fruits and keeping the seeds out.
