Customers praise the product for its excellent quality, attractive appearance, and soft material. The color is frequently mentioned as a positive attribute, with many reviewers finding it perfect and as pictured. The softness of the fabric is also a highlight, contributing to a pleasant feel. However, some customers note that the napkins can wrinkle after washing, suggesting prompt removal from the dryer or ironing may be necessary.
