Made from 100% olive wood from environmentally friendly, sourced orchards.
Olive wood is a special wood with characteristics that make it prized around the world.
No two pieces are alike.
Practical and aesthetic: Allows an elegant presentation as an aperitif for olives, tapas, tapenade, etc. At the table, it is used as fleur de sel, or for a sauce and appetizers.
Hard olive wood with tight fibers, suitable for centuries for healthy and authentic cuisine.
Since 1892, our products have been handmade close to our trees, throughout the Mediterranean basin.
Our little extra: Authentic, it can be maintained over time with vegetable oil or with Bérard culinary wood wax.
High overall density. Easy to clean and store, hardly scratches, and does not absorb odors. Protected by a natural edible varnish with beeswax.
Easy to clean: Rinse with warm water and dry immediately.
To prevent the wood from drying out, regularly apply food-safe mineral oil or beeswax which will protect your Bérard product for years to come.
