Customers find the product's appearance to be attractive and natural-looking, fitting well into various decors. The size is frequently praised as perfect for small spaces and Zoom backgrounds, with some noting it enhances the overall look of their home. While many appreciate the quality and value, some customers express disappointment with the workmanship and size relative to the cost. Opinions on the material are mixed, with some expecting silk fronds but receiving all plastic, though fluffing them out improves the appearance. The product is noted to be top-heavy and may require a larger pot and stabilization.
