Customers find the product to be beautiful, unique, and of high quality, with many praising its appearance and sturdiness. However, opinions on value are mixed, with some feeling it's a good buy while others question the price due to missing hardware. The product's color is also a point of contention, as it is not consistently white. Additionally, the packaging is frequently described as excessive and difficult to open.
