Customers find the product visually appealing, describing it as beautiful, tall, and extravagant, adding a fun and elegant touch to spaces. However, opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it rich and as described, while others note it differs from advertised images and is more coppery than gold. Product quality is a concern for many, with frequent mentions of excessive shedding, difficulty in working with the material, and a chaotic appearance. This has led to negative feedback regarding value, with some customers feeling the product is not worth the cost due to these quality issues.
