Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and unique design, noting its ability to enhance room decor. However, many express concerns about its durability, with frequent reports of leather strips detaching and the material not holding up well over time. The material is also described as uncomfortable to walk on and difficult to clean. Opinions on color are generally positive, though some found it lighter than expected.
