Customers praise the product's elegant appearance and great quality, noting it offers good value. The design is considered aesthetically pleasing, with some appreciating the convenience of the cord switch. However, opinions are mixed regarding the color, with some finding it a nice contrast and others feeling the shade color does not complement the base. The black power cord is also a point of contention for some.
