Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its substantial weight and solid construction. Many find it to be a great value for the price, especially compared to more expensive options. The installation process is generally considered easy. However, some customers have noted that the keys appear cheaply made and that the locks do not always turn smoothly or sit straight.
