Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many describing it as gorgeous and beautiful. The sturdiness and quality of the construction are frequently praised, with reviewers noting that the items are well-made and solid. However, there are significant concerns regarding comfort, as multiple customers reported the seats becoming lumpy and flat after minimal use, leading to an uncomfortable seating experience.
