Customers find the product visually appealing, with some noting its nice appearance. The organizer is functional for holding items like papers and laptops, with one reviewer finding it perfect for storing multiple laptops when laid on its side. However, concerns exist regarding durability and sturdiness, as the product is made of cardboard and can bend or sag under weight, making it unsuitable for active environments or heavy items. Some customers also feel the material is not as expected and is overpriced for cardboard.
