2-Hour Fire Rated Certification
Tested to withstand fire for up to 2 hours under ASTM E119, UL263, and CAN/ULC S101, this downlight helps contain flames and limits spread through ceilings, floors, and ventilation pathways. It is suitable for both residential and commercial fire protected spaces where maintaining compartmentation can save lives and protect property.
Meets North American Construction Codes
Designed to support structural and electrical safety requirements for North American projects, this downlight streamlines installations in code regulated environments. Its compliance makes inspections faster and reduces the risk of rework for contractors and builders.
Airtight Seal and Thermal Protection
The airtight construction blocks airflow to reduce smoke and heat transfer, and the built in thermal protection prevents overheating. Ideal for use in IC rated ceilings and energy sealed assemblies, it supports safer, more efficient buildings.
Built To Preserve Fire Rated Integrity
Compatible with 1/2" to 2" thick fire rated ceilings and common assemblies like L505 and L511, the canless downlight installs quickly with secure spring loaded clips. The fixture includes a die cast aluminum housing, pre installed metal junction box, and FT6 fire resistant wiring with low smoke, non toxic insulation—making it a strong choice for renovations and new construction.
Efficient Lighting and Comfortable Light
This recessed downlight delivers energy efficient performance while supporting California Title 24, JA8, and ENERGY STAR standards, and uses RoHS compliant materials. With a 120° beam, low profile housing, 5 CCT options (2700K–5000K), 10–100% dimming, and CRI 90+, it provides uniform, pleasant light for kitchens, corridors, closets, offices, schools, and public spaces.
