Customers praise the product's attractive appearance and high-quality construction, noting it looks more expensive than its price. The compact size is ideal for small spaces, and assembly is generally straightforward. Packaging is also well-regarded. However, some users mention the product is not dimmable as listed, and reaching the on/off switch can be difficult due to the shade's dimensions.
