Customers appreciate the product's performance, noting its ability to effectively diffuse fragrance and eliminate odors, with some units lasting over two days. The ease of use is frequently highlighted, with users finding the device simple to operate and featuring convenient auto shut-off. The compact size is also a positive, fitting well on bedside tables and in medium-sized rooms.
