Customers praise the product's appearance, quality, and color, noting it looks stunning and matches photos well. The material is described as real leather and well-made, contributing to its value. However, some customers report issues with the material shedding and wearing out over time, with hair coming off in patches. The rug also tends to curl at the edges and has a noticeable glue smell upon arrival.
