Individual portions make any dinner feel a little more special, whether it's a baked custard for dessert or a pot pie for everyone at the table. The Sur La Table Kitchen Essentials Dot and Dine Stoneware Ramekins come as a set of six, each holding 9.5 ounces and measuring 4 inches across and 2 inches tall. They're oven safe up to 450 degrees F, so you can bake molten chocolate cakes, mini casseroles and single-serve sides, then serve them right in the ramekin. Off duty, they work as prep bowls for chopped garlic and spices, dip and sauce cups, or snack bowls for olives and nuts. A white reactive glaze over a beaded design gives each one texture and a subtle variation in tone. All six are dishwasher and microwave safe for easy reheating and cleanup. They coordinate with the full Dot and Dine collection and make a thoughtful gift for home bakers. Built on the same hands-on approach Sur La Table has been teaching in its cooking classes across the country for over 50 years, Sur La Table Kitchen Essentials is the complete kitchen toolkit for preparing daily, delicious meals at home. It delivers dependable performance and thoughtful design at an exceptional value, accessible to everyone from the curious home cook to the seasoned pro.
