Customers find the product attractive and appreciate its size, noting it fits well in small spaces and offers good storage. However, many reviews mention that the baskets are difficult to slide in and out, and some users report the wicker material sheds, creating a mess. While the product is generally considered well-made and of good quality, the functionality of the drawers is a recurring concern.
