Customers praise the product for its solid wood material, compact size, and usefulness for organizing small items in tight spaces, offering decent value for the price. However, many customers have mixed opinions about the quality and size, noting that it is smaller than expected. Reviewers frequently report negative experiences with assembly, citing the lack of pre-drilled holes, cheap wood that easily splits, and unclear instructions.
