Customers highly praise the product's beautiful appearance and unique design, noting its ability to add elegance and a distinct flair to lamps. The color and shape are also frequently mentioned as being perfect for various needs. While the quality of materials and construction is generally well-regarded, some customers found the design to be too angular or not as dramatic as expected. There were also isolated comments about the spider fitting being crooked, affecting the shade's levelness.
