Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and wide range of appealing colors, noting its high quality and excellent value. However, some reviews indicate mixed opinions regarding packaging, with several instances of tiles arriving broken due to inadequate shipping protection. There are also some concerns about the product's value, with one customer finding it more expensive than anticipated and another noting that the tiles were not true to the advertised size.
