Guinea Pigs translates Orchidea's printed design into a clear, approachable needlework project with enough detail to stay engaging from the first stitch to the finish. This canvas-only half-stitch needlepoint project is best for stitchers who want to choose their own DMC, Ariadna, or Anchor thread palette while working from a pre-printed Gobelin tapestry canvas. Why this canvas: the printed design gives stitchers a clear visual guide; the canvas-only format lets crafters choose their preferred thread palette; the finished project works well as decorative handmade wall art. Product details: This canvas-only piece features a crisp print on Gobelin (tapestry) canvas, 10-count finished size 18 x 24 cm (7.09 x 9.45 in) in 17 shades. Threads aren't included - work it up in DMC, Ariadna or Anchor for a museum-quality finish Half-stitch needlepoint is worked directly on the printed canvas, following the color areas and building the design with diagonal stitches until the full motif is covered. Threads are not included unless stated otherwise, making this a good option for stitchers who want a guided canvas project and prefer to choose their own thread palette.
