Customers highly praise the product's quality, appearance, and design, noting its sturdiness and ease of use. The pivoting arm for changing rolls is frequently highlighted as a significant improvement over traditional spring-loaded holders. Some reviewers mention that the product projects slightly further from the wall than expected.
