Customers praise the product's quality, appearance, and material, describing it as thick, luxurious, and heavy velvet. The curtains are noted for their excellent light-blocking capabilities and beautiful colors. However, some customers have experienced issues with color accuracy compared to online images and mixed opinions on the sturdiness of the rod loops.
