Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, unique design, and decent quality. They note that it looks classy and matches the pictures well. However, opinions on value are mixed due to the high price. Negative feedback focuses on difficult installation, heavy weight, tricky glass shade fitting, and cheap retaining tabs.
