Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many describing the chairs as beautiful and gorgeous. The sturdiness of the product is frequently praised, and some reviewers consider it a good value for the price. However, opinions on comfort are mixed, with some finding the chairs firm and on the harder side, while others note a flimsy back when leaning. The color is generally reported as true to the picture.
