Customers are pleased with the product's performance, noting that it restores shine and smoothness to cutting boards, making them look like new. The oil is also praised for enhancing the appearance of wood, giving it a better color and feel. However, some customers find the product to be too expensive for its size and suggest that mineral oil can be purchased for a lower price elsewhere.
