Customers generally praise the product's appearance and texture, describing it as plush, soft, and beautiful. Many reviewers appreciate the quality and durability, noting it holds up well with pets and in high-traffic areas. However, opinions on color are mixed, with some finding it different from online images, often appearing lighter or more silver than expected. There are also some concerns regarding durability, with a few customers reporting signs of wear and fading after a relatively short period.
