Tovolo Scoop and Sift 1-Cup Flour Sifter with Fine 20-Mesh Sieve, Oatmeal

The Tovolo Scoop and Sift measures and sifts in one easy motion, so there is one less tool to wash on baking day. The shovel-shaped front pushes straight into a bag or canister of flour, cocoa or confectioners' sugar, and the thick lip keeps the counter tidy as you level off an exact 1 cup. Hold it over the mixing bowl and tap the edge, and the fine 20-mesh sieve breaks up lumps and aerates dry ingredients for lighter, smoother batters. The same tool dusts powdered sugar over cakes, brownies and pastries, and the fine mesh can even strain ricotta. A comfortable handle carries you from scooping to sifting without a change of grip. It is made of BPA-free materials, goes in the dishwasher and stores easily in a baking drawer.
