Tovolo Flex-Core Silicone Spoonula with Stainless Steel Handle for Cooking and Baking, Black

The Tovolo Flex-Core Silicone Spoonula combines a shallow spoon bowl with a spatula edge, so one tool can scoop, stir, scrape, fold and serve. Choose a stainless steel handle or a natural wood handle. The angled head keeps food in the spoon while you lift, and tapered edges follow the curved walls of bowls and pans to reach the corners a rounded spoon misses. Inside the head, a Flex-Core nylon core adds strength for thick batters and hearty doughs while the edges stay flexible. The BPA-free silicone head is heat safe to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and will not scratch nonstick, ceramic or cast iron cookware. The stainless steel version is fully dishwasher safe. On the wood version, the silicone head is dishwasher safe and the wood handle is hand washed and dried before storing.
