Customers find the product to be visually appealing, with many describing it as beautiful and stunning. It is frequently praised for its excellent value, with reviewers noting it is significantly less expensive than comparable tiles. Opinions on the color are mixed; while some appreciate the subtle coloring and pop of color, others found the blue accents to be more gray and less varied than expected. Concerns have been raised about the product's durability, with some customers reporting cracking and pieces breaking off, leading to it being unsuitable for flooring. Installation also presented challenges for some, with reports of chipping and pieces detaching from the backing.
