Customers generally find the product visually appealing and easy to assemble, with many appreciating its space-saving design. However, there are significant concerns regarding the size, with numerous reviews stating it does not fit adult-sized shoes, particularly men's sizes or those with heels. The quality of materials is frequently criticized as cheap and flimsy, leading to issues during assembly and concerns about durability. While some customers feel the product offers good value for its price, others find it not worth the cost due to its limitations and poor construction.
