Customers generally find the product to be well-made with a good appearance, and appreciate the integrated RGB LED lighting and convenient charging station. The storage drawers are also a frequently praised feature. While many reviewers found assembly to be easy, a significant number noted that it can be time-consuming and may require patience or an extra set of hands. Some customers experienced minor issues with bent parts or damaged headboards upon arrival, though these were often resolved.
