Customers find the product visually appealing, with many complimenting its appearance and elegant design. The ease of installation is frequently highlighted, with reviewers noting it is straightforward and offers flexibility with plug-in or hardwiring options. The product is also considered a good value for its price. However, there are significant concerns regarding functionality, as the swing arm often fails to hold its position, causing the light to sag.
