Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its attractive appearance and how it enhances their Christmas trees. However, opinions are mixed regarding the size, with some finding it too large or too small for their needs. The included lights are a frequent point of contention, with many customers experiencing issues such as dead batteries, difficulty in assembly, inconvenient on/off switches, and short lifespans. Despite these drawbacks, many reviewers feel the product offers good value for its price.
