Customers praise the product for its excellent functionality and sturdiness, noting it works well with bunk beds and provides a secure fit. The construction is also highlighted as great, with the trundle being built well. However, some customers experienced issues with drawers needing adjustments to slide smoothly, and one review mentioned that the under-bed storage unit was not included as depicted in the picture, requiring customer service intervention.
