Customers generally praise the product's appearance, quality, and sturdiness, with many finding it to be a good value. However, opinions on comfort and durability are mixed. Some reviewers note that the cushions are firm and may take time to break in, while others experienced issues with cushions flattening or the wood developing marks after exposure to rain. There are also comments about the wood scratching easily during assembly.
