Customers consistently praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting that it often looks even better in person. The colors are generally well-received, described as subtle, warm, and true to photos, complementing various decor styles. However, opinions are mixed regarding the material and texture. While some appreciate the natural jute material for its durability and rustic aesthetic, many find it rough, scratchy, and uncomfortable underfoot, with some comparing it to outdoor rug material.
