Warranty Details

EQ3 offers a full one (1) year warranty covering material and workmanship on this product. Warranties are subject to normal household use from date of delivery. The use of any after-treatment products unless purchased at an EQ3 store or suggested in this document will invalidate this warranty. Within a collection featuring natural materials there may be variations in colour, grain, or texture from piece to piece. EQ3 does not cover the matching of colours, grains, and textures of natural materials. Solid wood pieces are subject to cracking, warping, and splitting due to changes in humidity. EQ3 REQUIRES photos for every warranty claim.
