Customers appreciate the product's style, with many finding it a perfect match for retro bathrooms and subway tile showers. The appearance is generally well-received, though some users have encountered issues with functionality. Specifically, the holder's dimensions may not accommodate standard-sized toilet paper rolls, leading to dispensing problems. Additionally, some reviewers found the product to be cheaply made and unable to hold a full roll of toilet paper.
