Stitch Summer Still Life with this Merejka counted cross-stitch kit a sun-drenched arrangement of red poppies, wild lavender, and white daisies spilling from a blue enamel jug and a terracotta pot, with a straw sunhat and a hovering blue dragonfly completing the scene. Worked on Zweigart 16-count ecru Aida fabric with premium DMC threads in 39 carefully matched shades, the warm poppy red and cool lavender play beautifully against the natural fabric tone.
Why this kit: the layered bouquet-and-hat composition offers rich color contrast and plenty of floral texture to stitch; a clear colour symbol scheme keeps the large design approachable and easy to follow section by section; the generous finished size makes a real style statement once framed.
Kit includes: Zweigart canvas, DMC threads, John James needles, and a colour chart.
Counted cross-stitch is worked by following the colour symbol chart and placing each stitch on the gridded Aida fabric with the indicated DMC thread shade. Working the poppies, lavender sprigs, and daisies in sequence builds up the layered bouquet naturally. Once complete, frame the finished piece as warm-weather wall art or a seasonal accent.
Finished size: 28x38 cm (11.02x14.96 in), a generous artwork that looks stunning when framed. A charming addition to a kitchen, garden room, or cozy living space, and a delightful handmade gift for flower lovers who appreciate a touch of summer charm in the home.
