From the Pantry Works collection, the Spectrum Pantry Works Deluxe Countertop Paper Towel Holder keeps a roll ready on the counter. Slide the roll onto the vertical spindle from above. There are no clips or mechanisms to manage. When the roll runs out, lift off the core and slide on a fresh one. The wide wire ring base rests on ball feet and keeps the stand from tipping, so you can tear a sheet with one hand. It fits standard and jumbo rolls without adjustment. The holder measures 7 inches wide, 6.25 inches deep and 11 inches tall, which gives a full roll room to unwind. It is freestanding, with no drilling or mounting hardware. Set it on a counter, island, dining table or bathroom vanity. The steel construction wipes clean with a damp cloth.
