Customers say

Customers praise the product for its exceptional comfort, high quality, and great value, noting that the included washable zippered cover is a wonderful addition. The foam provides cozy cushioning and helps relieve back and shoulder pain. However, opinions on the material and support are mixed, with some users reporting that it is too soft, retains heat, lacks proper straps to stay in place, and feels cheaply made.
