Customers say

Customers frequently praise the product's beautiful appearance, soft texture, and comfortable feel. The color is consistently described as true to images and a great addition to rooms. The plushness and softness are highlighted as key features, making it a favorite for relaxation. However, one significant concern raised is the strong off-gassing from the rug, which persisted for an extended period for some users.
