Customers find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its attractive appearance. While many reviewers describe the seating as comfortable, some opinions on comfort are mixed, with a few noting that the cushions are stiff or caved after initial use. The sturdy frame is also a positive point, though some express concerns about its weight-bearing capabilities.
