Customers praise the product's excellent performance and cleaning capabilities, noting its efficiency in handling pet hair and its ability to leave floors looking great. The ease of use, including a great app, is frequently highlighted, contributing to the overall value despite the higher price point. Some users wish for improved carpet cleaning and longer battery life, and a few mention that the product is good for maintenance cleaning rather than deep cleaning. The advanced features, such as obstacle avoidance and powerful mopping, are appreciated, though some desire better cleaning along baseboards.
